We must be aware that in a society where people are not allowed to make mistakes, creativity often fades and dies. All of us who work with youth must treasure creativity, a precious but fragile gift inside every child. It is our duty to create an environment where each child’s creativity can flourish and grow, and where their curiosity will be both encouraged and nourished.
