Kazakhstan is a country in Central Asia, where most of the residents are not yet ready to act against climate change. I believe that the main problem is the lack of awareness of the overuse of resources and the rejection of the issue of climate change. I am a school student. I actively participate in the formation of the eco-consciousness of Kazakhstani citizens. Our school’s eco-club helps me in this common goal. We believe that the most important thing in saving the Earth is collaboration. Therefore, our school’s eco-club is working with governmental and non-profit organizations to assist in their activities and support our school initiatives. The number and quality of eco-conscious residents is growing, and although we are schoolchildren, we want to contribute to saving the world.
