Mr. Kentaro Aoki
Natural Resources Officer, of FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations)
Currently working on fund mobilization of formulation of technical cooperation and investment projects on climate change, sustainable forestry and related subjects at FAO Headquarters in Rome, Italy. Before joining FAO, Kentaro was a researcher at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), then worked at UNIDO as project manager in the Renewable and Rural Energy Unit, at its headquarters in Vienna, Austria. He holds a B.Sc. in forest science/agricultural engineering from Shinshu University in Japan, and an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in forest resources management from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU).
