Profiles

Dr. Piritta Torssonen is working as a University Lecturer at School of Forest Sciences, University of Eastern Finland. She is currently teaching introduction courses on forest sciences and silviculture as well as working life skills in forestry. She is also a personal study plan counsellor. Her background is in forest management and mitigation of climate change. She has experience on international co-operation of various projects in forest education development.
